Publications
The book is a biography of the heroic destroyer ADRIAS, which 79 years ago wrote one of the most historic pages of heroism in the history of the Hellenic Navy. It is based on sources known up to date—biographies and books about the commander, officers, and crew members—as well as on primary research in German and British archives, which contribute new material.
In addition to the role of Ioannis Toubas, the book highlights the contribution of the Chief Engineer Kostas Arapis, as well as that of other officers and crew members. After all, the title is “ADRIAS. Every One of Them was a Hero”.
It is published by CYCLOPS Non-Profit Organization, it includes new pictures, and comprises 200 pages.
